Congratulations again on making your Iron Horse team.  I am sending you this email to inform you that it is now time to register for your Iron Horse Lacrosse team on the Iron Horse website at the following link:  http://www.ironhorselax.com/page/show/387660-iron-horse-active-registrations then click on the 2012 Dallas Fall Elite Teams Registration.  Please read through this entire email, I know it is long, but it contains important information including deadlines and price increases.  Also please share this email with your spouse because at this time email lists are incomplete.  As soon as all team registration is complete I will be making a more complete email list with all emails given in the registration process.    

If you have never registered on an NGIN website before (most of you did this for tryouts), you will be required to first set up a user name and password at the bottom of the page that you land on after the above step.  After completing this step, you will then be sent an automatic email with a link that you must click on to activate your account before you continue with the registration process.  If you have registered on an NGIN site before, either with us or anyone else, you can log in with your user name and password and proceed with the registration process at this time. 

First and foremost, if you are reading this and then putting it aside to do another day, I want to take a moment to let you know that I have implemented a price increase of $150 at 11:59 pm on September 10^th.  Let me assure you that I do not want your extra $150, I just want to give you the extra incentive to get this done in a timely manner because I must place the uniform order on September 12^th and I need to gather important information from you before I can do that.

I need every single player/parent to register online and fully check out even if you are paying offline.  This is to ensure that there is no human error on my part with the spelling of your last name and graduation year for your uniform. If you are paying offline with a different payment plan, you will need to email tsurran@ironhorselax.com.  We will set up your payment plan and I will then give you instructions on how to register online and fully check-out without having to input your credit card information.   If in the past you have been emailing me summary pages, I am talking to you here.  Everyone needs to fully check out online by the end of the day on September 10^th.

For High School Players that are attending more than one tournament, you will only see an option to pay for one tournament online and the other tournament will have to be paid for offline.  If you are doing (2) high school tournaments, please pay for the UpLax tournament online and then email Tiffany Surran at tsurran@ironhorselax.com to let me know if you want the chaperoned or unchaperoned package for the MD Terp tournament.  Then you can send your check for the offline payment made out to Iron Horse Lacrosse to Tiffany Surran 3424 San Patricio Drive Plano, TX 75025.

Things You Need To Know Before You Begin To Register:

This year our uniforms will have your last name and graduation year on them.  Please double check that you have spelled your last name correctly and input your graduation year correctly (see table below). 

Please make sure that you proofread your entire entry on the review page before you check out.  We simply download this information into an excel spreadsheet to put on official rosters for the tournaments we attend.  It is vital, especially for the high school players that your information is accurate and there are often typos entered for email addresses, phone numbers or home addresses.
