We're proud to announce that CES Performance is offering speed and agility training to complement our summer skill sessions. By partnering with a leader in performance training, we're ensuring that Iron Horse athletes are physically prepared to perform at the highest level. The training will take place on the same days as the skill work but will be at nearby Gooch Elementary.
