Subject: Summer Season Updates & GameChanger Info
Dear Horses,

I’ve updated your calendars in the GameChanger app (Fall 2024 version) with our summer practices and tournaments, and I wanted to highlight a few important notes:

1. GameChanger App:
 We are continuing to use the same GameChanger app from Fall 2024. Last summer, rolling over to a new summer version caused a lot of confusion, so we are avoiding that approach this year.
The full summer schedule is now live in the app. Please take a moment to open GameChanger and review it. If you haven’t used the app in a while, you may have been logged out due to recent updates—just log back in.

You can continue to contact your coaches directly through the app. It’s very important that you let them know the following as soon as possible:

• Will your son miss any tournaments?
• Is your son currently injured?
• Are there any important updates the coaches should know about your player?
• Do you need to add a spouse or guardian to GameChanger?
•  → You can do this directly in the app by clicking on your player name in the roster; either Matt or I will approve them once added.

2. Schedule Sync:
 To make things easier, we recommend syncing your team schedule to your personal calendar.
Here’s how:

• Log into the GameChanger app and go to your team’s page.
• Tap the gear icon in the top-right corner.
• Select “Schedule Sync” → “Sync Schedule to Your Calendar.”
• Choose the sync option that works best for you and follow the prompts.

3. Summer Attendance:
 Summer tournaments are hot and physically demanding. Knowing your player’s availability in advance is critical to ensure we have enough substitutes for each event. Please confirm your summer tournament attendance with your coaches as soon as possible.

We have to hand-enter these practices and tournaments for each team, so we would love an extra set of eyes on each team's practice schedule, including the location.  While we are mainly using South Campus this summer, there are a few times your teams are on the grass and the stadium field.
