Please note the locations for Monday and Tuesday night practices!  

No parking in the grass area, please park in the main school lot or Anderson (Inwood Entrance Open).

We have amazing coaches, but one of the things I could not keep up with was the coach's bio page on the website.

At the beginning of the season we announced the Texas Lacrosse Alliance with Iron Horse Austin, The Lonestars and Southstar. 

The training camps listed below are the tryouts for the summer 2025 Texas Alliance teams.

What:  8 session box program for $40 a session ($320 total) 29/30 and 31/32

When:

• Thursday, December 12th: 31/32 6:00-7:00 PM, 29/30 7:00-8:00 PM @ ESP
• Saturday, December 14th: 31/32 2:30-3:30 PM, 29/30 3:30-4:30 PM @ AI
• Tuesday, December 17th and Thursday, December 19th: 31/32 6:00-7:00 PM, 29/30 7:00-8:00 PM @ ESP (No Saturday this week because of Holiday Camp)
• Holiday Break
• Saturday, January 4th: 31/32 2:30-3:30 PM, 29/30 3:30-4:30 PM @ AI
• Tuesday, January 7th and Thursday, January 9th: 31/32 6:00-7:00 PM, 29/30 7:00-8:00 PM @ ESP
• Saturday, January 11th: 31/32 2:30-3:30 PM, 29/30 3:30-4:30 PM @ AI 

Location:  Extreme Studio Performance 4435 McEwen Rd. Farmers Branch, TX 75244 AND American Indoor Sports Facility 1400 W Hebron Pkwy. Carrollton, TX 75010

Coaches:  Colton Hart played for the NLL's Albany Firewolves and Panther City LC, Jeremy Winston played for the NLL's Halifax Thunderbirds, Nick Arvin was on the U18 USA Box Team

More Information:  First 4 sessions will be box skills and last 4 sessions will be scrimmages.  All sessions are 1 hour.

Coach is bringing a second round of high school uniform items tonight.  

All extra spirit wear ordered during the registration process was passed out last Saturday or will be passed out tonight.  If you missed practice, your coach has your items.  These items include cooling towel, water bottle, Eddie Bauer blanket, lanyards and Nike Bag.

*Umbrellas are the only items that have not come in yet from the spiritwear order*.

The only uniform items that are still missing are:

• Luke David 2026 Shooter Shirt
• Owen Cunningham 2029 Jersey
• Ryze Lillimars 2031 M Shooter Shirt
• Spencer Armstrong 2033 Shooter Shirt

They will all be passed out upon arrival.
