Dear Parents and Players,

This email is all about tournament waivers!

• Our evening practice schedule times start earlier due to the days getting shorter.  Please note start times. 
• Also, I moved all teams to the South Campus fields for Tuesday evening practices so no one will use this grass this Tuesday.   Please respect the Jesuit football practice that will be going on before we take the field.  
• 2029, your practice has been moved to Friday for at least the following dates:  October 4th, 11th and 25th on the South Campus fields.  

Waivers typically get emailed to one parent via the tournament website.  If you are the parent receiving the waiver, please get this done promptly.  

Tiffany Surran will send the 1st-8th grade waivers initially and then follow-ups will come from team managers.  

Matt Mueller will send the 9th-11th grade waivers and follow up on those.  Some tournaments like Terp and Autumn Gold still have paper waivers, which get distributed only a few weeks before the tournament.  If the waiver is electronic, many times, the information that you input will go to the college coaches.  Please make sure to use proper capitalization and punctuation.
