Weekly Schedule

This week everyone has their first practices, and we also have the first in our series of positional skills.  See below for this week’s schedule. 

Introducing Coach Matt Mueller

Many of you know Coach Mueller from Coppell, Iron Horse teams, positional skills, or the camps he has worked in, but we hired him full-time to help Coach and Tiffany Surran.  Coach Mueller will have many duties within the organization and can be reached at m.mueller838@gmail.com. 

Gamechanger  

Everyone has been added to their respective Gamechanger teams and should have gotten an email from Tiffany Surran after the creation of the FALL 24 team.  Here are a few highlights from that email.  

Everyone:  Please go to your player’s name in the roster and click on contacts.  Then add an emergency contact number for your player.  This is very important if the coaches need to reach someone in an emergency.  

How to invite another parent or email address?  If one parent has access to the team on the app, another parent can add them to the app.  Click on your player’s name in the roster and then click on contacts.  From there you can add the email address.

If you have had any problems with GC, i.e., not seeing chats or new rosters, etc.  Please uninstall the app from your phone and re-install the app.  A few parents reported over the summer that they have had issues when we have rolled over the seasons, and this has been the fix 100% of the time.  

If you have not joined your player's Gamechanger, please search your email for "Gamechanger" and check spam and junk.  

Makeup Practices:  As mentioned in Welcome to Tryouts Part 2, each team has built-in makeup practices in case of inclement weather. 

• High School teams 2028, 2027, 2026 have 3
• Youth teams 2029, 2030, 2031, 2032, 2033 have 2
• Ponies teams 2034, 2035, 2036 have 1

All practices and events for the fall are in Gamechanger and are set to send a reminder, 2 days before each event. 

Maps and Parking

South Campus:  12121 Inwood Road Dallas, TX 75244 park in Anderson Lot

Main Campus Grass:  12345 Inwood Road Dallas, TX 75244 parking will be either in Anderson Lot or the main campus lot near the baseball left field foul pole. Please refer to the traffic flow map below if you are parking on the main campus.  

Positional Skills

If you want a spot in our positional skills the registration is live and filling up.  Goalie spots are full but all other positions are open.  Register now at the link above. 

What to do if you can't make practice? 

Please keep your coach notified about the status of your player-making practices or tournament games.  You do not need to include Tiffany Surran in this notification.  You can either message them on the Gamechanger app or use their contact information below.
