Dear High School Players and Parents,

This email is about GAMECHANGER, HOTELS and Spirit wear.

I wanted to get 2 hotel blocks out for you because the NAL block will only be open for 2 weeks.  It is tough to get hotels in this area so if this is your first time going here (DE) do not let this block expire without booking.  2026'S will be at DE Turf both days.  2027 will be at DE Turf on Saturday and Kirkwood Soccer Complex on Sunday.  I have added an image below about the area.  The coaches have flown out of both Philly and BWI for this event.

We are still working on the remaining fall blocks.  The blocks are all on the tournament page on the master calendar.  

The 2026 and 2027 teams were added to GameChanger yesterday.  
Rosters are uploaded with jersey numbers.  Look in your spam for an email from Gamechanger or search your email for Gamechanger if you missed the invite.  Invites for both teams went out on Friday, September 1st.   

If parents already had the GC (green) app from last season the team should automatically show up the next time you open GameChanger.  Some returning parents did not accept their invite from last year to join the GC app.  Please accept this so you get all of our communication!  I resent the app link email invite to all of our returning parents that had not accepted from last year!

If a parent wants a different email in GC other than the ones given to us during the registration process the easiest thing to do is have the other parent invite them.  

Instructions to Invite an additional parent email:

1. Open the GC app and appropriate team
2. Click on Team
3. Scroll down and find your player, click on your players name
4. Click on Contacts and then Add Family Contacts, enter the email address and hit ADD.  

You can also add an emergency phone number for your player if you drop off at practice and they get injured this is the best way for the coach to have that number.  Coaches will have all of your information in a spreadsheet but when they are on the field it will be easiest for an emergency number to be in the app.  It would be great if everyone could add a phone number in the emergency contact area.

We will get the schedule uploaded into GC as well!  Your first practice is not until 9/19!

I only do this order every other year.  Right now it is set to expire on Wednesday the 6th but I am going to try to get that pushed out to Sunday.

The bag options are the Mega Bag, or the Lax Pack in Navy.  These bags are great for air travel but the Mega is the only one that will fit a short shaft.  I can't say enough about these bags.  In the 18 years of organizing lacrosse teams, I can honestly say this is the only vendor I have not changed and I have changed ALOT of vendors over the years.
