Iron Ponies Start This Saturday!
We are actually having 3 teams at the 2034 level! One 2035 team and one 2033 team! I will be back in touch later in the week with team designations and coaches.
We will divide the 2034's by school!
- Practice Location: Jesuit College Preparatory School 12345 Inwood Road Dallas, TX 75244; Grass Fields the 2035 team will be on the Grass East field adjacent to Inwood, our (3) 2034 teams will be in the Grass Middle area and the 2033 team will be on Grass West.
- Practice Dates and Times: 8:00 AM-9:00 AM on the following Saturdays: 8/26, 9/9, 9/16, 9/23, 9/30, 10/7, 10/14. Additionally, on Sunday, October 22nd the teams will practice from 2:00 PM-3:00 PM.

GameChanger
I am going to be using the GameChanger app for all Iron Horse teams this year. Email has become more and more unreliable way to communicate and this will connect you directly with your team. You will be getting an invite to join the team later this week so please accept that and download the GREEN GAMECHANGER app if you do not already have it. Your invites may come from Lisa Kirkpatrick which is not a name you all are familiar with so I wanted to make sure you knew it was not spam.
Uniforms
When and how do we get our uniforms? This is probably the single biggest question I get when we start the season.
Uniforms have been ordered and are shipped directly to me. Once in hand they will be distributed at practices.
Parking For Practices
All practices take place at Jesuit College Preparatory School of Dallas on the grass field. 12345 Inwood Rd Dallas, TX 75244. For the grass practices, please park in the new parking lot across Willow labelled Anderson Lot on the map and walk over to the grass field from there. PLEASE DO NOT EVER PULL INTO THE GATE THAT LEADS TO THE GRASS FIELD. That parking is for coaches and personnel and although tempting if the gate is open, is not to be used by parents. Thank you for your help with this matter as it is dangerous with all of the kids running around out there! I have attached a link to the facility map below.
TEAMLAX SPRIT STORE: DUE Setember 5th
Optional spiritwear and helmets (+ decals) are at Team Lax in Frisco. They have set up an online store that closes on September 5th. Ricky is adding more items this week to the store! The bag options are the Mega Bag, or the Lax Pack in Navy. These bags are great for air travel but the Mega is the only one that will fit a short shaft. I can't say enough about these bags. In the 18 years of organizing lacrosse teams, I can honestly say this is the only vendor I have not changed and I have changed ALOT of vendors over the years.
