Dear Parents and Players,

We have 8 teams competing in the NXT Wildcard this weekend.  All waivers are complete and we are ready to play.  Since all of the waivers are complete everyone should be getting emails directly from the tournament.  I am copying an email I received from them today below.  There are a few schedules that are down right now on Tourney Machine which means they are being changed.  Always on a tournament weekend check your schedule again one final time on Friday night before you go to bed.

Notifications:  If you are on a desktop, you can set up notifications for your team by entering phone and email into the Tourney Machine system after clicking on "Notifications". I don't think this shows up on the phone version.  With the potential weather issues we may encounter this weekend, I would do this.  

Because of the potential weather issues this weekend, I have added all team managers and coaches to a Groupme to get any notifications I get directly from the tournament.  They will then pump it out to you.  

At practice this past Wednesday a stick went missing that so far has not been found:  an EVO QX2- white/ carbon fiber. The head is an Optic 3.0. There is neon green tape wrapped around the bottom.  Please contact dekiss@me.com.

1. IMPORTANT POLICIES

HOST VENUE:
Please respect the rules, requests, and policies of the host venue. Those found to be in violation of any of these rules may be asked to leave for the day.

2. SAFETY

NXTsports takes youth sports safety very seriously. NXT has an emergency action plan for every venue and staffs all of our tournaments with athletic trainers at a rate of one athletic trainer for every two fields. If you need help finding an athletic trainer, ask a field coordinator, NXT staff member, or anyone with a radio to call an AT for you.
