Dear Parents and Players,

This is our biggest week of the fall!

Alot of individual communications will be going out this week on GameChanger.  
 

In This Email You Will Find:

• Schedule This Week (2 screen shots below) Youth teams are permanently on the baseball field now for weekdays and will start at 6pm.  
• Terrapin Classic
• Cowboy Cup

2026 and 2027 teams I will get an itinerary with rosters out by Wednesday as I am waiting on a final email from Terp.  From that point on I need you to keep the coaches, whose cell phone numbers will be on the itinerary, notified of anything that may occur. 

Weather looks great for flights out on Friday.  

CLICK HERE FOR THE TOURNEY MACHINE SCHEDULE as always please re-check the schedule one final time on Friday night for any changes.   Reminder that Terp is a round robin with 3 games Saturday and 3 games on Sunday.  We have purchased team film for both teams.

CLICK HERE FOR COWBOY CUP SCHEDULE ON TOURNEY MACHINE currently the schedule is down as I am told they are making lots of changes today. 

Just a reminder that Cowboy Cup is a tournament so your playoff schedule will be determined by your pool play games (usually 3 games in pool play) so your Sunday schedule will be up in the air until all of your pool play games are complete.  You will get 4 games guaranteed but most of you will play 5 games.  Once Tourney Machine is populated, you can view the bracket to determine your possible times on Sunday.  Sometimes in a tournament, your final pool play game is Sunday morning, if that is the case, you will need to stick around to find out when your next game will be.  You may have to wait on other teams to finish for that to be determined.
